Paloma is a Warsaw-based science communicator and content creator. She has a bachelor's degree in Biology, a master's degree in Research in Psychology, and a PhD in Cell Biology.

She is a co-founder of the organization Women in Science at Nencki, where she used to co-chair the Advocacy Committee to bring awareness and fight for gender inequality in STEM fields. Now, she is part of the Advisory Board.

She is a data geek, passionate about science communication as a form of social justice, graph aesthetics as a form of artistic self expression, and cats as a form of therapy :)
