ECOOKING Sunscreen Body SPF 50
Use sunscreen every time you are in the sun. Apply sunscreen 10-15 minutes before going out in the sun. Remember to reapply sunscreen after swimming to prevent sunburn. Apply sunscreen several times a day to make sure your sunscreen is fully effective. The sun's rays are strongest between 11am and 3pm, so make sure you always apply enough sunscreen and ideally avoid exposure to direct sunlight during these hours.
