1. THE COST, METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME OF THE PRODUCT

​

1. The delivery of the Product to the Customer is payable, unless the Sales Contract provides otherwise. The Product delivery costs (including charges for transport, delivery and postal services) are indicated to the Customer on the Online Shop website during the Order placement, including when the Customer expresses a will to be bound by the Sales Contract.

1.2. The Seller provides the Customer with the following methods of delivery of the Product:

1.2.1. Postal parcel.

1.2.2. Courier parcel.

1.3  The Customer will receive a shipping notification with a tracking link to the Order.

​

1.4. Unless a shorter period is specified in the description of the Product or when placing the Order, the delivery time of the Product to the Customer is as follows:

​

1.4.1. In the case of delivery within the territory of the Republic of Poland – standard from 2-5 Business Days; up to 14 Business Days in the case of a longer period needed to complete the full order, of which the customer will be informed.

1.4.2. In the case of delivery to foreign countries – up to 30 Business Days.

1.4.3. In the case of Products with different delivery times, the delivery date is the longest given date, which, however, cannot exceed the aforementioned deadlines. The delivery time of the Product to the Customer begins from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account.

1.4.4. In the case of Products labelled as “Pre-Order” on the Online Shop website, the delivery time of the Product to the Customer cannot begin earlier than from the Product release date on the Polish market which is indicated in the description of the Product labelled as “Pre-Order”. In the case of an Order, the subject of which is several Products, the delivery time begins only when all of

the ordered Products are released on the Polish market in accordance to the release date presented to the Customer for each of them.

2. PRODUCT COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS

2.1 A complaint can be made by the Customer:

2.1.1. in the written form to the following address:

2.1.2. in electronic form via e-mail to the following address: contact@borntobeready.com

2.2. It is recommended that the Customer provides in the complaint:

(1) the order number

(2) the information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the defect;

(2) the pictures which document the defect;

(3) request to exchange the product or withdrawal from the Sales Contract;

(4) the contact details of the complainant - this will facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint by the Seller. The requirements specified in the preceding sentence take the form of recommendations only and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints.

2.3. The Seller will consider the Customer's complaint promptly, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.

2.4. The Customer is obliged to deliver the defective Product to the given address.

​

The cost of delivery of the Product shall be borne by the Customer.

​

3. MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM

Withdrawal form should be signed and send by e-mail to contact@borntobeready.com or written to:

The below form should be completed and sent back only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

I hereby inform about my withdrawal from the contract of sale of the following items:

– The order number

– The returned items

– The case description

– The date of conclusion of the online receipt

– Name and surname of the consumer(s)

– Address of the consumer(s)

– Bank account number for returns along with the SWIFT code

– Signature of consumer(s) (only if the form is sent in a paper version)

– Date
